1. Scope
These terms apply to voiderae.com, customer accounts, team applications, Voidera Plus, donations and merchandise orders. By using a service or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any mandatory law that applies to you.
2. Accounts
Customers can sign in with a verified Google or GitHub account. You must provide accurate information and keep access to that provider account secure. Voidera may restrict an account when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention or customer protection. Signing in does not itself prove an active Plus membership; benefits depend on the corresponding Stripe subscription status.
3. Products, prices and payment
Current product prices are shown before checkout. Shipping, taxes and any applicable duties are shown or described separately. Payments and recurring subscriptions are processed by Stripe. An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed and Voidera can fulfil it. If fulfilment is impossible, Voidera may cancel and refund the affected order.
Product images are guides; screen colours and final placement may vary slightly. You must provide accurate delivery, size and customization details. For personalized jerseys, the submitted name, number and flag are used for production.
4. Production and delivery
Jerseys are made after ordering. Current estimates are 10–20 business days for Switzerland and 12–25 business days for Europe. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production, carriers, customs and events outside Voidera's reasonable control can cause delays. Customers are responsible for correct delivery information and any import duties or taxes. Contact Voidera before ordering outside supported destinations.
5. Returns and order problems
The separate Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Personalized products cannot normally be cancelled or returned for a change of mind after production begins. This does not remove mandatory rights for defective, damaged, incorrect or materially non-conforming goods.
6. Voidera Plus
Voidera Plus costs 119 CHF per year and renews automatically through Stripe until cancelled. Stripe shows the renewal terms before payment. You can stop future renewal through the customer portal in your Voidera account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not retroactively refund that period, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Each successfully paid membership year includes one custom Voidera jersey claim. The member must sign in, link Discord, start the claim in the account area and complete the official Discord ticket with accurate size, name, number, flag and delivery details. The benefit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or carried into another membership year.
Active members receive 15% off eligible Voidera shop products through protected member checkout. The discount excludes shipping, donations, memberships, tournament fees and other excluded items, cannot be combined with other offers, and stops when the membership is inactive. Voidera may correct misuse or pricing errors before fulfilment.
7. Subscription and account notices
The account area may show notices about activation, renewal, failed payment, cancellation, expiry and benefit claims. Stripe remains the authoritative source for payment and renewal status. You are responsible for keeping your provider and Stripe email addresses accessible and your payment method current.
8. Voluntary contributions
Payments on the donation page are voluntary support for Voidera. They do not purchase goods, create ownership or decision rights, guarantee recognition, or represent tax-deductible charitable donations. Contributions are generally final once processed, except for unauthorized or duplicate payments or where law requires a refund.
9. Applications and conduct
Submitting an application does not guarantee a reply, tryout or roster place. Information must be honest and community conduct respectful. Voidera may reject applications or restrict community access where reasonably needed for safety, integrity or moderation.
10. Intellectual property
The Voidera name, logo, site design, original graphics and merchandise designs may not be copied, sold or used commercially without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
11. Availability and liability
Voidera works to keep information accurate and services available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party services. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Age and authority
If you are under the age of legal majority, involve a parent or guardian before subscribing, purchasing, donating or entering an agreement. The payer confirms authorization to use the selected payment method.
13. Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by Swiss law, while mandatory protections applicable to a customer remain unaffected. Voidera may update terms for future use and orders; the version shown when an order is placed applies to that order. Contact voiderarecruit@gmail.com with questions.
