1. About these terms
These terms apply to voiderae.com, team applications, enquiries and merchandise orders offered by Voidera Esports. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any mandatory consumer rules that apply to you.
2. Products and prices
The standard Voidera Esports jersey costs 79.90 CHF. The custom Voidera jersey costs 84.90 CHF. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before payment. Product images and the live customizer are visual guides; screen colours and final placement may vary slightly.
3. Orders and payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Voidera can fulfil the requested product and delivery. If an order cannot be fulfilled, Voidera may cancel it and return the payment.
Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery, size and customization information. For custom jerseys, the submitted name, number and country flag are used for production. Voidera may contact the customer if clarification is required.
4. Production and delivery
Jerseys are produced after ordering. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days for Switzerland and 12–25 business days for Europe. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occur during production, carrier handling, customs or events outside Voidera's reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details and for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that apply outside Switzerland. Delivery outside Europe must be agreed with Voidera before ordering.
5. Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Voidera does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Personalized jerseys cannot be cancelled or returned after production has begun. This does not remove any mandatory rights that apply when an item is defective, damaged in delivery, materially different from the order, or when applicable law requires another remedy.
If there is a problem, contact voiderarecruit@gmail.com as soon as possible with the order details and clear photos where relevant. Do not send an item back without first receiving return instructions. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, Voidera may arrange correction, replacement or refund.
6. Applications and community conduct
Submitting an application does not guarantee a trial, reply or team position. Applicants must provide honest information and behave respectfully. Voidera may reject applications or restrict access to community spaces when needed for safety, integrity or moderation.
7. Intellectual property
The Voidera name, logo, website design, original graphics and merchandise designs may not be copied, sold or used commercially without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Website availability and liability
Voidera works to keep information accurate and the website available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Age and authority
If you are under the age of legal majority, involve a parent or guardian before making a purchase or entering an agreement with Voidera. The person placing an order confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
10. Governing rules and changes
These terms are governed by Swiss law, while mandatory protections applicable to a customer remain unaffected. Voidera may update these terms for future use and orders; the version shown when an order is placed applies to that order.
