1. Who is responsible
Voidera Esports is responsible for the processing described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to voiderarecruit@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a team application, we receive the role, name or alias, email address, Discord username, region, optional player tag or profile, experience, achievements, goals and any other information you choose to provide.
When you contact us, we receive your contact details and message. When you purchase merchandise through Stripe Checkout, Stripe processes the payment and provides Voidera with the order and delivery information needed to fulfil and support the order. Voidera does not receive your full card number.
Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, device, browser, requested pages and security events when delivering and protecting the website. Google Fonts may receive technical request information when fonts are loaded.
3. Why we use information
We use information to review applications, contact applicants, answer enquiries, process and support merchandise orders, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve Voidera's services.
4. Services that receive information
We use Cloudflare for hosting and security, Discord for private application delivery, Stripe for checkout and payments, Google Fonts for website typography, and email providers for communication. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
5. Storage and retention
Application details are normally kept only while an application is reviewed and for up to 90 days after a decision, unless the applicant joins Voidera or longer retention is reasonably required. Order records may be retained for fulfilment, support, accounting and legal requirements. Messages are kept only as long as needed for the conversation or related work.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask what information Voidera holds about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Some information may need to be retained when required for orders, security or legal obligations.
7. Young applicants
Voidera recruitment is intended for applicants aged 14 or older. Applicants under the age of legal majority should involve a parent or guardian before entering agreements, joining formal team activities or making purchases.
8. Security
Applications are submitted over HTTPS and delivered to private staff channels. Access is limited to people who need the information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but Voidera uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
9. Updates
This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this address with its update date.
