1. Who is responsible

2. Information we collect
Applications may include your role, name or alias, email, Discord username, region, player tag or profile, experience, achievements, goals, consent confirmation and information you choose to provide. Enquiries include your contact details and message.
For merchandise, donations and Voidera Plus, Stripe processes payment details and provides Voidera with relevant customer, order, payment, subscription and delivery data needed to administer benefits, fulfil orders, prevent fraud and provide support. Voidera does not receive your full card number.
When you sign in with Google, GitHub or Discord, we receive the provider account identifier, verified email, display name and profile image made available by that provider. Signing in with or connecting Discord also gives us your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar. We use these identifiers for sessions, eligible Stripe membership linking, Plus role management and annual jersey claims. Provider access tokens are not stored in browser storage or retained after the sign-in exchange.
Cloudflare may process IP address, device, browser, requested pages, approximate network-derived location and security events when delivering and protecting the site. Google Fonts may receive technical request information when fonts load.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to provide requested services and accounts, review applications, fulfil orders and contracts, administer Voidera Plus, display membership alerts, answer enquiries, prevent abuse, secure the site, meet legal and accounting duties, and improve our services. Depending on the situation, processing is based on performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, consent, compliance with law, or legitimate interests in operating and protecting Voidera.
4. Service providers and transfers
We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage and security; Discord for customer sign-in, private application delivery, membership roles and jersey claims; Stripe for checkout, payments, subscriptions and the customer portal; Google and GitHub for customer sign-in; GitHub for private administration and source hosting; Google Fonts for typography; and email providers for communications. These providers operate under their own terms and may process data outside Switzerland or your country. Where required, transfers rely on recognized contractual or legal safeguards.
5. Retention
Applications are normally kept while reviewed and for up to 90 days after a decision, unless the applicant joins Voidera or longer retention is reasonably required. Order, payment and membership records may be retained for fulfilment, subscription administration, support, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Sessions expire automatically. Account identity, connected Discord details, benefit claims and notifications are kept while needed to provide the account and then deleted or anonymized when related retention needs end.
6. Cookies
Voidera uses strictly necessary secure cookies for sign-in, OAuth state validation, session security and interface preferences. Authentication cookies are marked Secure and HttpOnly where appropriate. Voidera does not currently use advertising cookies. Checkout and sign-in providers may set cookies when you visit their services.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or information about processing, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or another competent authority. Some records must be retained for orders, security, disputes or legal duties. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Young users
Recruitment is intended for applicants aged 14 or older. Users under the age of legal majority should involve a parent or guardian before entering agreements, joining formal team activities, subscribing or purchasing.
9. Security
Traffic is transmitted over HTTPS. Sessions use signed, Secure and HttpOnly cookies; OAuth requests use short-lived state validation and PKCE where supported; payment credentials stay with Stripe; and staff access is limited to people who need it. No service can guarantee absolute security, but Voidera applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
10. Updates
We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. The latest version stays at this address with its date. Material changes affecting an active service may also appear in the account area or be communicated directly where appropriate.
